A complete, phased rebuilding of an important Campus resource, this facility is the core of a very successful teaching program to train future Dental Hygienists. In addition to thirty-five teaching positions, the program includes a laboratory, a sterile equipment preparation room, offices, a conference room, and reception area which serves as the entry for patients from the community who may obtain free dental hygiene. The scope of work included full demolition, new general construction, thirty-five treatment areas, millwork, LED lighting, new HVAC distribution, plumbing, sprinklers, fire protection, IT and safety systems.
