The Advisement Offices, housed within the Marvin Feldman Center, were transformed from two large biology laboratories into a single, open office environment. The preliminary schematic design was developed by the FIT Facilities Department, with David Smotrich & Partners LLP commissioned to complete design development, construction documentation, and provide construction administration. The redesigned space accommodates individual advisors in private offices alongside independent computer workstations to serve the student body effectively. Architectural features include a distinctive double set of parallel clerestory windows that maximize natural borrowed light. The interior palette balances bright accent colors with neutrals, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. Mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems were comprehensively upgraded to meet modern standards.
