A planned development of 177 townhouse units and a central recreation facility on a fifty acre site. Wetlands were restored and two small lakes created. All townhouse units open to a view of a lake or restored wetland. A community pool and recreation center is a key design element in the site planning for this cluster development. The pool is flanked by two tennis courts and a racquetball court.
