David Smotrich & Partners LLP is a certified WBE/DBE women-owned architecture and planning firm proudly based in Manhattan, with over 50 years of professional design experience. Our roots trace back to 1965 with Smotrich & Platt, and since 1985, under the leadership of founder David Smotrich, FAIA, we’ve continued to build a legacy of thoughtful, innovative design.
In 1990, Deborah Homan, RLA, joined the team, becoming a partner in 1998. After David’s passing in 2010, Deborah took ownership of the firm and, for the past eight years, has partnered with Clare Kerrigan, AIA, ensuring continuity and growth.
